Employees from Kimberly-Clark Australia and New Zealand gave generously, donating over $30,000 which the company matched to make a $60,000 donation.
As well, more than $125,000 worth of product was donated. Working on the advice of our distribution partner Foodbank Australia, Kimberly-Clark distributed Kleenex® Cottonelle® toilet tissue and Huggies® nappies and wipes to disaster hit areas.
To top this off, Kimberly-Clark Corporation in the US generously contributed US$50,000 to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal fund from their Corporate Disaster Relief Funds.
Kimberly-Clark prides itself on being a generous supporter of Australian charities and caring for those in need.
In the past year alone, Kimberly-Clark Australia has responded to over 250 requests for donations, financial support and product donations through its Community Care programs. Our programs include payroll giving, matched donations and partnerships with Clean Up Australia and the Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI).
