Kimberly-Clark announces fourth quarter and full year 2006 results

Kimberly-Clark Corporation, the parent company of Kimberly-Clark Australia & New Zealand, has reported results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2006.
Some fourth quarter highlights include:
- Net sales grew by more than 7 percent.
- Adjusted earnings per share were $1.03, slightly better than the company’s previous guidance.
- Adjusted operating profit for the quarter increased more than 6 percent over the prior year.
