Corporate Social Responsibility Policy released
27 July 2006
Kimberly-Clark Australia, in its ongoing and serious commitment to social responsibility, has taken the next step and formalised its Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
The new publicly available policy demonstrates Kimberly-Clark’s goal of socially and ethically responsible conduct across all of its Australian and New Zealand business operations. It is also evidence KCA/NZ understands the organisation has an obligation to its customers, the consumers of its products, the community and to its shareholders to operate in a socially responsible manner.
The policy states KCA/NZ commits to the ongoing, continued improvement of its business policies, practices and strategies in the areas of:
- Community Care
- Corporate Governance
- Environment
- Human Resources
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Product Quality
KCA/NZ is proud to have taken this step, which not only advances its status as one of the region’s most socially responsible organisations but forms an important part of Kimberly-Clark’s global approach to corporate social responsibility.
The Corporate Social Responsibility Policy is now available for download [PDF, 46 kB].
