Getting the best out of Change- for you, your team, your patients

education-foundation

In the dynamic world of patient care we can be certain of one thing- ongoing change. New standards, practices or equipment can mean change for clinical teams within a department and beyond. By attending this event you’ll be:

  • Updated on a key clinical change
  • Introduced to an “8 Step Change Process”
  • Given insights on how to maximise the benefits of change in your department

Canapés and refreshments will be served.

Faikah Behardien is our speaker for the evening

From changing countries to changing careers and now training managers how to manage their teams through change, Faikah Behardien is not stranger to change.

With a Master’s in Adult Education specialising in organisational learning and change, she has extensive hands-on experience working in large industry organisations in telecommunications, finance, and health and hygiene business sectors.

Currently, Faikah is leading talent and organisational development initiatives at Kimberly-Clark Australia.
