Kimguard® One-Step* sterile wrap is an innovative product which incorporates two sheets of Kimguard® sterile wrap bonded on two sides, saving you time and money by virtually halving wrapping and opening times.

For the confidence of a high quality barrier, additional sterilisation products include Kimguard® sterile wrap container filters.

Maintain event related sterility

Implementing Event Related Sterility can provide significant improvements in sterility, productivity and financial outcomes.

New and improved packaging materials, along with a greater understanding of the factors affecting sterility, have driven the transition from expiration dating to event related sterility maintenance.

The premise that contamination is “event related” and not “time related” is now widely recognised. The Australian Standard AS 4187-1998 highlights the importance of considering event related factors which influence shelf life.

Kimberly-Clark supports Kimguard® sterile wrap customers who wish to adopt Event Related Sterility Maintenance with a comprehensive implementation guide. The guide assists facilities to achieve a step-by-step review of the critical factors which will impact sterility outcomes, including:

  • Handling practices
  • Sterile storage conditions
  • Distribution and transportation systems of sterile supplies.

Personal protective equipment

Surface protection
