Employee participation
The Employee Participation Program is designed to enable and support the contributions of Kimberly-Clark employees to any cause or community organisation of their choice.
The program is divided into three main categories:
Community Care giving
Grants Program – that recognises the volunteer work undertaken by Kimberly-Clark employees through a grant of $1,000 to the charity of their choice.
Payroll Giving – that enables Kimberly-Clark employees to make regular donations via their salary through a payroll deduction to a registered tax-deductible charity of their choice.
Matched Giving – Kimberly-Clark will match dollar-for-dollar any payroll deductions made to charities by individual employees or teams of employees fundraising for charities.
In-kind Donations – including products, expertise and skills transfer.
Community Care Volunteering
All part-time and full-time employees of Kimberly-Clark are eligible for one paid days leave per annum to undertake volunteering with the charity or community organisation of their choice.
Community Care Awards
These Awards acknowledge and reward the volunteering efforts of Kimberly-Clark employees. The awards recognise individual and team excellence by providing financial support to their chosen community organisations.
