Our teams

Engineering and Operations

Our Engineering and Operations teams are based in our manufacturing facilities in NSW (Ingleburn and Albury) and South Australia (Millicent and Tantanoola).

Our Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineers support our manufacturing mill operations in process, maintenance and project management.

They work with sophisticated systems and technology to optimise complex operations, systems, equipment and quality control.

Our technicians are responsible for daily operation of production equipment. More senior team members manage multiple production lines and lead the department toward achieving safety, quality and productivity goals.

Tertiary qualifications are preferred for Engineering and Operations Team members, to allow for development into more senior roles.
