Supply Chain

What’s the program?

Kimberly-Clark offers a comprehensive 18 month logistics graduate program that fosters development of skills and knowledge in all supply chain disciplines.

This program involves 3 to 6 month stints with the central planning and procurement teams at head office, as well time at one of our Sydney mills and one of our Sydney distribution centres.

You will work on a wide range of supply chain activities, and with many different people, helping you get to know the Kimberly-Clark organisation and its processes.

This experience is supported by a focus on development and learning including on the job training, internal and external professional development, and the potential for continued studies.

What will I be doing?

The graduate program is designed to provide the fundamental skills necessary to succeed in a career in supply chain at Kimberly-Clark.

By providing exposure to different areas like demand planning, deployment planning, production planning, purchasing, warehousing and distribution, and e-commerce, you will gain an appreciation of the challenges, culture and expectations of the organisation.

How do you select Supply Chain grads?

Typically we would expect successful applicants to be degree qualified, with some relevant business experience and a desire to work in a manufacturing organisation that supports some of the market places most successful brands.

Ideally you would have strong analytical and inter-personal skills, highly motivated and have already demonstrated your leadership potential.
