I found the program allowed me take on more responsibility, from small tasks at the beginning then gradually working on bigger projects as my experience increased.

The managers I worked with helped me gain a thorough understanding of the processes used, and I was exposed to the various sides of the business.

The graduate program gave me the confidence to work with various managers and various parts of production. It gave me the confidence to co-ordinate and manage projects.

KCA continues to invest in new technology which gave me the opportunity to work at the front line of technical innovation.
