Jinal – Electrical Engineer Graduate 2007

Through the graduate program I’ve had a wide exposure to electrical technologies. I’ve really enjoyed the training in the different types of electrical technology and new technology.

I have begun working on my own small projects, and as my experience grows, I will receive more responsibilities and work on bigger projects.

I’ve particularly enjoyed working with my colleagues who’ve all been really cooperative and friendly.

Kimberly-Clark has a system where I set up quarterly objectives with my senior engineers and my progress is reviewed every quarter. I get useful feedback and we discuss any areas of training required.
