Grant – Process Improvement Engineer

Engineer Graduate 2001–2004

The graduate program gave me exposure to different areas of the process system, from the converting plant to the non-woven mill. I experienced the diversity of the business.

I was given training and access to professional training courses, which helped me build my skills quickly.

I enjoyed the responsibility and accomplishment of working and managing my own projects from start to finish.

The exposure to the different areas prepared me for my current position. By learning about the different machines and lines, I was given a detailed understanding on how the systems work together.
