Finance Graduate 2004

The Finance graduate program allowed me to rotate through the different areas of Finance which gave me a wide overview of the business while providing a great opportunity to build a strong support network.

Being the only Finance Graduate, you are given individual personalised attention and support by your colleagues.

I started out as a Graduate then became a Cost Analyst within eight months and am currently a Management Accountant for the Baby and Child Care Division.

As a Cost Analyst, I was exposed to many areas of the production environment, from safety aspects to world-class manufacturing principles to product quality issues and logistical planning.

The challenges you face are ever changing which brings a lot of variety. My experience at KCA has been extremely rewarding.
