The graduate program gave me an understanding of how the different departments in Kimberly-Clark operate and work together to achieve business objectives.
Working in the different areas within Kimberly-Clark gave me a thorough understanding of the key aspects of the roles and issues that I would need to be mindful of in my future marketing roles.
For example, as a Marketing Graduate, I enjoyed my time in the sales division as a sales representative. It gave me an understanding of all the KC products and how to promote and sell them, as well as the issues at a retail level which need to be addressed through retailer strategy.
