What’s the program?

Kimberly-Clark offers a comprehensive 12 month finance graduate program that fosters development of skills and knowledge in Finance.

The program involves work experience in a wide range of financial activities, working with many different people and getting to know the Kimberly-Clark organisation and its processes.

This is supported by learning and development including on the job training, internal and external professional development and the potential for continued studies.

What will I be doing?

The graduate program is designed to provide the fundamental skills necessary to succeed in a career in Finance at Kimberly-Clark.

By gaining exposure to different areas of Finance like accounting, business analysis, audit and taxation. you will obtain appreciation of the challenges, culture and expectations of the organisation.

How do you select Finance grads?

Typically we would expect successful applicants to be degree qualified, with some relevant business experience and a desire to work in a manufacturing organisation that supports some of the most successful brands in the market place.

Ideally you would have strong analytical and inter-personal skills, be highly motivated and have already demonstrated your leadership potential
